how to apply to AIO
If you are interested in attending AIO there are three ways to apply to the program:
1. Register online using our secure form. Simply complete the online application.

2. Download the application as a PDF File (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) and mail it to AIO with your deposit.
3. Request a printed brochure and application form by filling out the form on our Contact Page.

Upon receipt of your application, AIO will send out a package that includes:
• a teacher recommendation form
• health form
• additional information about the program
Students will receive notification of acceptance only after the return of a satisfactory teacher's recommendation.
Before you register, please look at sessions offered to be sure you are choosing the one(s) right for you.
