If you are interested in attending AIO there are three ways to apply to the program:

 

OPTION 1: Register Online Now.

Register online using our secure form. Simply complete the Online Application (MasterCard or Visa required).

 

OPTION 2. Download the Application.

Download an Application Now as a PDF File (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) and mail it to AIO with your deposit.

 

OPTION 3. Request a printed brochure and application.

Complete the Contact Page Form Now and we will mail you a printed brochure and application.

Upon receipt of your application, AIO will send out a package that includes:

• a teacher recommendation form (available online October 2011)

• health form

• additional information about the program

 

Students will receive notification of acceptance only after the return of a satisfactory teacher's recommendation.
