Alison Harrell is joining us this summer for the first time.  With her Bachelors of Science in biology from Elizabethtown College and her Masters of Science from the University of Gloucestershire in the UK, Alison has published research about her work on managing grassland for wildlife in South Africa.  Alison also spent time in New Zealand as a tour guide at an eco-sanctuary where she taught about the history and conservation efforts in the area.  Currently, she works as a naturalist/instructor at an environmental program in Madison, New Hampshire, teaching 5th and 6th graders from New England.  Alison's love of hiking, running and camping make Acadia the perfect place for her to work and relax this summer.  Welcome to the staff, Alison!
